Do you offer in-person or remote consulting?
Both. GTA clients can meet in person at our Markham office. For clients across Canada, we conduct virtual consultations via video call. Most of our engagements are hybrid — an initial video discovery session followed by remote delivery.
What time zones do you support?
We actively support all Canadian time zones from Pacific (PT) to Atlantic (AT). Our team schedules meetings during your local business hours, and our AI solutions run 24/7 regardless of time zone.
Is there a cost difference based on location?
No. Our pricing is the same for all Canadian businesses regardless of location. Remote delivery actually reduces costs since there are no travel expenses passed on to clients.
